The Green Directory

Welcome to The Green Directory.

The Green Directory is our attempt to bring together ALL the Green products & services that you can find in the UK.

This includes eco-stores, mobile phone recycling, green energy & any website or service that we feel benefits the environment & protects the fragile eco-system that we all rely on!

The aim of The Green Directory is not to shove the “green issue” down anyones throat. We just want to show you that there are environmentally friendly ways of doing the things that we all do – where people can buy & do the things they want to do, but in a cleaner, greener way, whether that be finding a gift for Mum, getting rid of that old phone in your drawer, getting your homes energy from renewable sources, or looking for the most environmentally friendly way to travel.

As the Green Directory grows, we’d also like contributions from YOU! If you know of a service or product that you think is fantastically green then let us know & we’ll see if we can get it added. This includes any recycling facilities in your area, local shops & companies that operate in enviromentally aware ways!

So, if you know about the different projects and people in your area who are working for a cleaner, greener planet, then share it with others who may be completely unaware what is on their doorstep!

We would also like to pass on useful tips and advice that we find which might give some food for thought. Hopefully there wil be some light articles in amongst the more serious issues that we & the planet face.
